Notes: 
$250.00 Non-refundable deposit is due at the signing of the contract for reservation and hall, bathroom, kitchen, clean-up.  
$100.00 Chocolate and/or Candy Bar Fee.  The family is responsible to bring in any candy, chocolate, food, decorations, serving requirements, and storage containers, etc., for any bar.  The Ladies Auxiliary will assist in the setting up and taking down of said bar.  
All prices listed are subject to change without notice.  

The Ladies Auxiliary provide all catering for the hall.  No outside food or catering services are permitted.  

There is a 10% discount for all First Responders, and for anyone booking events in January, February or March.  The Hall is closed July and August.

Minquadale Fire Company Memorial Hall is a full service banquet facility for all occasions. We provide professional quality food and services that will ensure that your event with us is an unforgettable experience.
